We will work together toward understanding your personal challenges, whilst creating space to move forward in a way that works for you. Anxiety

Anxiety is our bodies way of reacting to danger; something feels wrong, we feel paralyzed and out of control. It can often be accompanied by intense feelings of guilt and shame.
It can be incredibly overwhelming, and we may find ourselves needing help to feel safe. Build the courage to explore the dangers you fear.
Spiritual Abuse

Religious or Spiritual Abuse are when the deepest part of a persons self are abused within religious or spiritual contexts. It is the weaponisation of absolute truth for malicious intent.
We can find ourselves questioning our own existence, withdrawing our trust in others, and feeling that we or others are bad or evil. It becomes difficult to trust ourselves, our beliefs and that which we thought was safe.
